Elder statesman and leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) and South South Forum, Edwin Clark, has condemned the plan by the Federal Government to arraign the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, over assets declaration. Clark said the arraignment of the CJN is a shock as Onnoghen has been carrying out his responsibilities as Nigeria's top jurist diligently.
