Versatile gospel singer Akesse Brempong has released much awaited smashing Afrobeat gospel song ‘ Blessed ‘ featuring Joe Mettle as he sets off the month of June in the right perspective and on a positive declarative note. The new Afrobeat jam offers restoration, and hope, shifting attention to the fact that, in spite of what we go through on a daily basis, we are still blessed and not cursed. Insecurity: Central Control System Of President Buhari's Government Has Collapsed —PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party has condemned President Muhammadu Buhari's response to rising insecurity in the country, saying it was unclear, who was running the country at the moment. The PDP through its Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, made the comments while reacting to renewed attacks on unarmed villagers in Southern Kaduna area of Kaduna State.  The party also bemoaned the increase in activities of robbers and kidnappers in the country without decisive measure to curb the trend from the President.  He said, "It's not only in Southern Kaduna, in Isanlu, Yagba East local Government of Kogi State, armed robbers went into a bank on Thursday, killed all the policemen there and killed indigenes of the community.   "It is about the failure of governance, the central control system of President Muhammadu Buhari's government has collapsed. IACMP Nigeria Gospel Music Top 10 Chart [May 2020]

The May edition of the Official Nigerian Gospel Music Top 10 Chart , as compiled by The International Association of Christian Media Practitioners [IACMP], is out! Surprisingly Gospel music minister Dunsin Oyekan has retained the number 1 spot with his newly released single “ At All Cost. ” Dunsin Oyekan’s music has enjoyed outstanding critical reviews from IACMP that has kept him at the top of the chart at different times. The May edition makes it the 2nd time in a row that Dunsin Oyekan has maintained the number 1 spot. It should be recalled that the critically acclaimed “Fragrance to Fire” stole the spot for the month of April. “ At All Cost ” released on the 10th of May, 2020 has garnered over 168,000 views on Youtube Coming in at Number 2 spot and knocking Steve Crown’s “Angels Bow” off that spot is “If God Be For Me” by Nosa.
