Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Yes, You Can Do It!

Seeds of Destiny 4 January 2020 Devotional by Pastor Paul Enenche – Yes, You Can Do It! Topic:  Yes, You Can Do It! If you believe, you can walk on anything that is trying to walk on you; you can dare what others dread. SCRIPTURE:  “And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus”  Matthew 14:28-29. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:  If you believe, you can walk on anything that is trying to walk on you; you can dare what others dread. It is confirmed that audacity is key to achievement in life. You can attain any height in life if you believe you can. This is very true! For instance, Peter ordinarily would not have dared walking on water if he did not see Jesus do it. And if he did not believe he could walk on the same water after the command of Jesus, he would not have possibly attempted it (Matthew 14:28-29). The truth is...

[Music + Lyrics] Debbie – God Of Wonders

Anointed Praise/Worship leader and Songwriter, Debbie releases new single “ God Of Wonders “. According to her, the inspiration for her latest song came to her on account of the story of Leah Sharibu who in the face of extreme persecution, refused to deny her faith in Jesus Christ. Debbie’s writings are inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Word of God and events around her. Her vision is for her music to bring hope and encouragement to people of all nations and inspire them to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. Her debut single titled “I’ve Come to Worship” was released in 2018. “ God of Wonders ” will be followed by yet another single to be released in April this year. The Almighty God is a God of wonders. All through the Bible and in our daily lives, we see His miraculous acts on display. His wonders reveal His absolute power and control over situations, events, people, homes, nations and everything. No wonder the Psalmist says in Psalm 77 vs 14: “Thou art the God that doest won...

El-Zakzaky's Followers Accuse Sokoto Governor, Tambuwal, Of Keeping Mum Over Attack On Members By Police

Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria have accused Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, of complicity in the killing of their colleagues during a protest in the state. The sect revealed this in a letter dated January 3, 2020 and addressed to the governor. The group described the silence and insensitivity of Tambywal as approval of brutal attack on the group and reckless use of state power by security agencies. The letter reads,  "We regret to write to report to you the unfortunate and avoidable violent attack by the Sokoto State Police Command on the group on December 27, 2019.  "This irresponsibility, which marked the resurgence of reckless use of force against an endangered minority group in the state is undoubtedly the result of the  inconsiderate attitude with which our letter of September 3 was treated. "Your indifference thus represents your silent approval. This is unbecoming given the growing concerns for security and peaceful coexistence in ...

The Ghanaian Police and government mortuary have been in charge of the body until certain conditions are fulfilled by the family. The statement reads, “Dr Seinye O. B. Venture Science Fiction

Venture Science Fiction . Venture Science Fiction was an American science fiction magazine published from 1957 to 1958, and revived for a brief run in 1969 and 1970. There were ten issues of the 1950s version, and six in the second run. Robert P. Mills edited the 1950s version, and Edward L. Ferman was editor for the second run. A British edition ran for 28 issues between 1963 and 1965 reprinting material from The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction as well as from the US edition of Venture. An Australian edition was identical to the British version but dated two months later. The 1950's version was only moderately successful, failing due to poor sales within two years. The publisher, Joseph W. Ferman, said that he wanted well-told stories of action and adventure; the resulting fiction contained more sex and violence than was usual for the genre in the late 1950s, and science fiction historian Mike Ashley noted that the magazine was ahead of its time.
