Talented Nigerian artist who sketches portraits of celebrities has received recognition from popular actress Uche Jombo. The actress took to her Instagram page to praise his skills on her portrait. The artist identified as Victor Kelvin had sketched a perfect portrait of the actress and shared it on his Instagram page. Jombo came across the perfect portrait and praised his work. The talented actress expressed that the artist's work on her eyebrow is better than what she tries to accomplish when she makes herself up. Sources at the presidential villa have revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari will be compiling ministerial list for his second term during his vacation abroad. According to one of the sources, the president is set to proceed on his annual vacation abroad in a few days time. The source added that a letter to this effect would soon be transmitted to both chambers of the National Assembly, Daily Trust. A Civil Society Organisation, YIAGA AFRICA, has listed six major critical incidents that characterised the supplementary elections in in 23 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Saturday, March 23.
