Etymology Of Hell Fire And Why We Should All Visit Someday By Banwo Olagokun

As a child I was told and believed  hell is a place God created for sinners to burn eternally. I was religiously blind and specifically Anglican foolish. Every religion came as a political conquest and business voyage, with lots of hybridized myths and fear of eternal punishment to scare people off being rebellious to colonial dogma. The things all the foreign religion have in common are rape, looting, burning of our medical and history books, kidnapping our inventors, mavericks, geniuses, slaughtering Africans like animals for being traditional and refusing colonial dogmas, blackmailing our heritage and tradition as demonic, slave masters' ancestors were called lords, prophets, healers and saviors while ours we labelled as satan, idol, magicians and demons. The blackmail is so deep that the foreign religion enforcers tell their subjective followers that the believers of other religions will go to hell because their prophets and savior are not approved by the supreme God and

Urgent Memo To Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu By Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa

Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa Your Excellency, Please sir, I will like to seek your kind clarification on a burning issue on behalf of other Lagosians. Is Epe still part of Lagos State? If it is sir, why has the road leading to Epe from Lagos been abandoned? The toll gate at Admiralty Circle Plaza is meant to service the Eti-Osa/Epe Expressway sir. We have been paying toll on that road since 2011 but it is like hell to travel from Lagos to Epe presently. It used to be a 30-minute journey from Ajah sir but now it is totally a mess. Please take up this matter and help us with the reconstruction of that road sir, so as to decongest the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and give the people of Eti-Osa, Ibeju-Lekki and Epe, a sense of belonging. The bulk of the IGR of Lagos State comes from Eti-Osa but it is the local government that is starved of infrastructure in the state. God bless you for your anticipated prompt response and action sir. Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, SAN Lekki, Lagos. 02/07/2020

EXPOSED: How Central Bank Of Nigeria Deliberately Prevents Naira From Appreciating Against United States Dollar

One of the major reasons why the Central Bank of Nigeria has prevented financial institutions in the country from paying United States dollars to persons receiving money from friends and family members based overseas has been uncovered. According to documents seen by SaharaReporters, the apex bank, which has refused to disclose the exact foreign remittances it has received from 2016 to 2018, deliberately stocks the US dollars it receives on behalf of Nigerians to trade them off through crooked means.  The CBN, it was gathered, was warehousing the dollar component of remittances in foreign banks, thereby making it impossible for the naira to appreciate against the dollar in the foreign exchange market. Blowing the lid off this seeming goldmine for the CBN leadership, the Femi Falana chambers through Mrs Funmi Falana on February 10, 2020 wrote to the apex bank, demanding to know the accurate remittances for 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively. This request, according to the law

Chairman of the commission, Mahmood Yakubu, revealed this on Tuesday during a town hall meeting on ‘Fixing Nigerian elections’ which was organised by YIAGA. "We also introduced the accreditation of observers online. The media will be accredited online and we said that parties must also submit their nominations online.
