REVEALED: Senator Ali Ndume Submitted Forged Documents To Bail Maina From Prison

Ali Ndume, Majority Leader of the Senate Senator Ali Ndume has submitted fake and forged documents to perfect the bail of former Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina, from prison. Maina, who is standing trial on a 12-count money laundering charge filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, was admitted to bail in the trial presided over by Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja. Ali Ndume Maina was initially admitted to bail in the sum of N1bn with two sureties in like sum. Both sureties must be serving Nigerian senators with no criminal cases before the court and must have fully developed landed property in Maitama or Asokoro district of Abuja. After being unable to meet his bail term, the judge varied the bail for Maina to produce one senator, who must sign a bail bond in the sum of N500m and accompany Maina to court on every trial day. President Buhari Increases Years Of Service For Teachers To 40

Teacher President Muhammadu Buhari has increased years of service for public school teachers in the country from 35 to 40 years. He also approved a new salary scale for teachers in commemoration of World Teachers Day. Teacher Buhari made the announcement in Abuja on Monday. President Buhari Approves N10bn For National Census

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved N10bn for the Enumeration Area Demarcation in the remaining 546 local government areas of the country. The money will go to the National Population Commission for the exercise. Eyitayo Oyetunji, Acting Chairman of the NPC, made the disclosure on Monday in Abuja. He also approved N4.5bn to be included in the 2021 budget for completion of the exercise as part of the preparations for the next census. BREAKING: Ondo Court to Deliver Judgment Over Case Of Missing Child On Tuesday

The Ondo State High Court, Akure, will on Tuesday deliver judgment in the trial of founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel, Prophet Babatunde Alfa, and six other church members over the disappearance of a toddler named Gold Kolawole. Little Kolawole was declared missing at the popular Akure church last year November.  A notice of judgment obtained on Monday by SaharaReporters in Akure, revealed that the ruling for the case would be delivered by 9:00am.
