Army appoints new spokesperson, announces new positions

- The Nigerian army announced the appointment of Colonel Sagir Musa as new army spokesperson - This followed the retired of Sani Kukasheka Usman - The army also announced some transfers and promotion of personnel Colonel Sagir Musa has been appointed as acting Director Army Public Relations.
