- The tyre of an Air Peace aircraft blew off while it was already taxiing for take-off according o reports - According to reports, the incident happened at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Sunday, January 6 - Passengers on the aircraft were heading to Benin from Abuja, when the the incident occurred Tragedy was reportedly averted in the Nigeria aviation sector as the tyre of an Air Peace aircraft blew off while it was already taxiing for take-off on the runway at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Sunday, January 6.
