Nigerians are fond of spraying money at parties, especially parties attended by the rich and powerful. A video of a group of friends spraying wads of cash at a friend's party has emerged on social media. This men were seen with bundles of cash carried on their arms as they sprayed their friend and his partner. The couple were seen dancing and stepping on the cash that as been sprayed on the floor as the song played. In the video, it could be seen that the friends had already sprayed so much cash aside from the bundles on their arms, as bills were seen on the floor all around the couple. Army debunks media reports that Boko Haram abducted travellers on Damaturu-Biu road

The Nigerian Army Saturday, February 2, debunked a media report from Vanguard and some other media outlets (not Legit.ng) that members of the Boko Haram terrorist group abducted several passengers on Damaturu-Biu road. An earlier reports by some newspaper claimed that the sect on Friday morning, February 1, laid ambushed vehicles plying the Damaturu-Buni Yadi-Biu road and abducted an unknown number of passengers. However, the Nigerian Army, while reacting to the news report, said it was untrue and no such incident happened.
