Nigerian celebrities might seem larger than life or unreachable but there is no doubt that fans contribute a huge part to their success. For this reason some stars take time out to celebrate them. A number of loyal fans can do anything to gain the attention of their idol. Recently, an excited lady took to her Facebook page to reveal that she had met with one of Nigeria’s biggest musicians, Wizkid. The young lady, identified as Prohmyce Inn, happens to be an artist and she painted an image of the Star Boy. She was opportune to meet the singer and she made sure to present her painting to him. In her caption, the obviously elated lady also motivated her friends as she wrote on the importance of being confident. Breaking: Tension as police reportedly barricade National Assembly gate

Emerging reports have claimed that men of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) have taken over the National Assembly Complex. The Punch reports that the officers' action has prevented workers from gaining entry. The main entrance close to the Eagle Square has also been barricaded with patrol vans. The security operatives also frisked journalists, construction workers, vendors and a few who they felt should be allowed in.
