CHAPTER ONE 1.0    INTRODUCTION The concept of stomach infrastructure is not a new entrant into the country’s political lexicon but rather a renewed strategy in the country’s new political dispensation. Stomach infrastructure is a way of inducing potential voters to support a particular candidate in an election. It may take various forms for instance, distributing food items, money and edibles to the people.
