CHAPTER ONE INTRODUCTION 1.1.    Introduction Human rights are moral principles or norms which describe certain standards of human behaviour, and are regularly protected as legal rights in municipal and international law. Human rights is one of the basic rights that says that every person should be treated in a fair equal right without cruelty or distinction of any kind such as race, colour, sex, language, and religion, political, national or social origin. They are those rights which are essential for us to live as human beings, without human rights, we cannot fully develop and use our human qualities, our intelligence, our talent and our spirituality.
