PFA Team of Year released as Hazard's name goes missing

- Eden Hazard for the second consecutive misses out in PFA Team of the Year

- Manchester United's Paul Pogba was a surprise inclusion in the final 11

- Four Liverpool stars and six Manchester City players dominated the team

Eden Hazard has been snubbed in the PFA Team of the Year but Paul Pogba made the starting XI in the list dominated by Liverpool and Man City players.

The stars in the team were nominated by players in the Premier League with four Liverpool stars making the cut, including Virgil van Dijk who has won the PFA Players’ Player of the Year ahead of Raheem Sterling.

Man City old war horse Sergio Aguero was named in the team for the second consecutive season while teammate Bernardo Silva was also added following a brilliant season with City.

But Chelsea star man Hazard missed out for the second successive year despite being on the six-man shortlist for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year.

Pogba is a surprise inclusion after struggling to hit form in the first half of the season under Jose Mourinho, but many will argue that he made massive improvement under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But he Frenchman's form of late has dropped in the last few weeks with United slipping down further in the top four race following their 2-0 defeat to neighbors City.

Pogba apologized to fans as he left the pitch after the Manchester derby at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Manchester United fell 2-0 to Man City in the high profiled Manchester derby played at Old Trafford.

Bernardo Silva and Leroy Sane scored a goal each in the second half to put City on top of the Premier League with a point above Liverpool.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year.
