Breaking: Ooni of Ife, Emirs, Ifeanyi Ubah, Ganduje, others arrive ICC for Tinubu's 67th birthday celebration (photos)

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the minister of interior Abdularahman Dambazzau, chairman of Capital Oil, Ifeanyi Ubah among many others have graced the 67th Bola Tinubu Colloquium in Abuja.

The event which is currently taking place at the International Conference Centre is also expected to be graced by President Muhammadu Buhari, who is the chairman of the colloquium, source told Legit.ng.

Also present at the event is the minister of industry, Okechukwu Enelamah; Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje; Governor Ibikunle Amosun, former state minister of defence, Musiliu Obanikoro.

Legit.ng gathers that Enelemah will be making a presentation on the Next Level Industrialisation for special economic zones with spotlight on the mining industry.

Also, the chief of staff and special adviser to the president on Industrialisation, Professor Oyelaran-Oyeyinka will be speaking on funding national industrialisation programmes around the special production and processing centres.

While a meet and greet session is ongoing, at the event centre, Legit.ng gathers that there will be a multimedia presentation on the history of the colloquium as well as a next level presentation.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
