Fulani Own All Nigerian Lands, No One Can Remove Us From Ondo – Miyetti Allah Leader, Bodejo

The National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Abdullahi Bodejo, has declared that nobody has the power to remove Fulani herdsmen from Ondo State’s forests.  Bodejo stated this in an interview with The Sun, noting that all lands in the country belong to the Fulani.  He also said only Fulani herdsmen could tackle the bandits kidnapping and killing people across the country.  The Fulani leader stated this just as the seven-day ultimatum the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, issued to herdsmen to leave forest reserves in the state expired today, Sunday.  He said, “The Ondo State governor doesn’t have any right to give such ultimatum to our people. Gunmen Kill Ibadan Socialite, Gatuso In Hotel

Some gunmen on Saturday evening killed a popular socialite, Olaleye Ajibola, popularly called Gatuso, in a hotel on NTC premises, Iyaganku in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. SaharaReporters gathered that there was a robbery going on in the hotel when the popular socialite arrived there.  He was subsequently shot dead by the robbers. According to an eyewitness, Gatuso was making a call when the robbers sighted him and shot him at close range, probably believing he was calling security agencies. Our correspondent gathered that the robbers had completed the operation before Gatuso was killed. South African Operatives Rearrest Runaway Nigerian Drug Dealer After Three Years

Why Bullets Fired At Me In Seriki Fulani’s Place Did Not Harm Me – Sunday Igboho

An Oodua Republic agigator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has narrated how bullets were fired at him at the home of the Seriki of Fulani in Ibarapa, Oyo State, and did not harm him.  Igboho added that suspected Fulani herdsmen killing and kidnapping people in the South-West had done enough and should leave.  Speaking in an interview with popular broadcaster, Kola Olootu, in Oyo State on the notice to quit given to herdsmen ravaging the Ibarapa area of Oke Ogun, Oyo State, Igboho said the gunshots allegedly fired at him failed to harm him. Bayelsa Oil Spill: Govt, NOSDRA Officials Visit Affected Community, Launch Investigation

Officials of the Bayelsa State government have led some environmentalists, officials of the Ministries of Minerial Resources and Environment and National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA) to the site of the recent oil spill in Koluama, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of the state.  According to the government officials, the visit was to assure the affected communities of government’s efforts to ascertain the source of the spill, extent of the spill and its effects on the livelihoods of the people.  The oil spill happened on January 16 near Funiwa offshore facilities, off the Atlantic coast.  The Senior Special Assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor on Oil and Gas, Mr. Timi Seimiebo, who led the visitation team, urged the people of the community to remain calm.  He said samples taken from the oil spill site would be sent for laboratory analysis to know the oil exploration company responsible for it.  According to Seimiebo, “Once th...
