The music grind never stops, which means every week we’ll definitely see brand new top songs released from every corner of Africa. That includes Ghana, and from some of our favorite top GH acts such as M.anifest, E.L, and more, as well as new cats looking to catch their big break.

This past week was an interesting one in Ghana music. The week saw more #BringBackAzonto additions, rappers singing dancehall, COVID-19 inspiration, and more.

M.anifest – No Long Talk

M.anifest goes in on a barfest with this one titled “No Long Talk”. The rapper skates all over the MikeMillzOnEm production, waxing lyrical with bars on his lyrical prowess and the related. Are there some subs aimed at other rappers in there? Who knows. Have a listen for yourself and find out.

 

Kelvyn Boy ft. Darkovibes & Mugeez – Momo (Mobile Money)

Kelvyn Boy issues his first release since January, and it’s a star-heavy affair. He teamed up with La Meme Gang act and R2Bees singer Mugeez to deliver this one titled “Mobile Money”, complete with sleek visuals to match. A tune!

 

E.L – Azonto Gaza

The #BringBackAzonto campaign initiated by Sarkodie and his colleagues is still in full effect, and this one right here is yet another addition to that fact. E.L weighs in once more with this azonto tune titled “Azonto Gaza”, produced by Pee Gh. Lit or nah?

 

Becca – Overcome

Ghanaian songstress Becca drops a brand new one, with the aim of boosting morale in these corona times. She releases this tune titled “Overcome” with visuals to match, which is an inspirational tune intended to lift spirits during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the song she gives props to the health workers on the front line, as well as law enforcement and others who are aiding to fight the pandemic.

 

Kofi Mole – Top Shella

Rapper Kofi Mole deviated from the usual and presented us with a dancehall tune, titled “Top Shella”. Here, he sings about making money and living the good life. An interesting switch up from the “Don’t Be Late” hitmaker. What do you think about hearing Kofi Mole sing?
