Border Closure - Nigeria Demands 'Rules-Based System' for AcFTA

[Premium Times] Nigeria on Monday demanded the establishment of a rules-based trading system if the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) it signed last July along with 54 countries in Africa is to succeed.
