Destiny - UntouchableIntroducing Adegbite Mojisola Florence also known as Destiny, began her music journey from a church choir group. Inspired by ministers like Rev( Mrs) Oyenike Areogun, Don Moen, Ron Kelly, CeCe Winnans etc, Destiny is known for ministering in prophetic songs.

Speaking about her new single “Untouchable”, Destiny said in view of the constant fears, terror, kidnapping, abduction in the country and the world at large, We need to hide under the shadow of the Almighty.

The word of God is our refuge. This song is to make the confession of the word of God, Psalm 91, very easy and handy.

Lyrics: Untouchable By Destiny

I dwell in the secret place of the Most high,
Abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I’ll say of the Lord, ‘ You’re my refuge and my fortress’,
Surely He shall deliver me from the snare,
And from the noisesome pestilence,
He shall cover me with His feathers
And under His wings shall I trust.

Chorus:
Am Untouchable (2x)
Am Untouchable (2x)
Kept and preserved by the power of God,
Kept as the apple of His eyes,
I bear in my body, the marks of the Lord,
Am Untouchable.
I’m not afraid of the terror by night,
Nor for the arrows that thrusts around me.
I have no fear for the plagues that stalks in darkness,
Thousands at my side fall, my life shall be spared,
I’ll see the end of the wicked,
For that He gives me favour and long life,
I’ll testify of the Lord.

Bridge:
Because I’ve made the Lord, my refuge,
Even the most High, my habitation,
No evil befalls me,
No plague comes near my dwelling.
He’s given His angels charge now,
To keep me in all my ways,
They bear me up in their arms so I don’t hit/kick against a stone.
No weapon fashioned against me shall work.
Hide me under the shadow of Your wings.
Underneath are the everlasting arms.

Buhari’s Legacy Of Recessions By Fredrick Nwabufo

Fredrick Nwabufo ‘Why always Buhari?’ As it was in 1984 under General Buhari, so it is in 2016 and 2020 under President Buhari? Is it by the unfortunate hands of kismet that recession hits Nigeria every time Buhari takes charge of the country’s affairs? If the recession of the 80s under Buhari was a conspiracy by economic and political factors, to what do we attribute that of his first coming as a civilian President — and now in his second coming? Why does pestilence scourge the land, hunger ravage the population and lives lost malevolently when Buhari presides over the country? Why always Buhari? Buhari’s undoing is his wonted predilection for hierarchising ethnicity, religion and loyalty above competence. Since 1999, no President has obtrusively shown a more nepotistic aspect than Buhari. It is unarguable that the President arrays the most competence-challenged cabinet ever in the chronicle of governance in Nigeria. Yes, a recession cabinet. Fredrick Nwabufo Here is a cabin...
