UK Based recording artiste and multi-award-winning Gospel artist Muyiwa, makes a come-back with yet another soul lifting and inspiring single titled “A Long Way” featuring multi-award Ghanaian artiste Joe Mettle.

This new single comes after his previously released song Alade Wura Featuring Guvna B which gained massive reviews and airplay.

“A Long Way” is off Muyiwa’s forthcoming duets album which features guests from Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, DRC and more. This album will be released in the summer of 2020 along with a landmark concert event the sort that Muyiwa & Riversongz have become renowned for.  “A Long Way” was written by Muyiwa, his long-term writing partner Eddie Martin and new collaborator Sam Oliver of HOS Production

According to Muyiwa, “This song captures the reality of our lives journey. The reality is whether black, white, brown, man, woman, rich poor. At some point we all have storms that we face and the beauty of the relationship we have with God is the benefit of someone to lean on in those storms. So no matter if its Cancer, Unemployment, Bereavement, Sickness, Depression whatever it is. God is able to bring us through as he has brought others through before”

A Long Way is available to purchase, download and stream across all digital platforms including Spotify, Apple Music and Google Play, Boom Play, from Friday the 23rd of August 2019.

Muyiwa has broken records and holds the record as the first and only UK Gospel artiste to sell out the Ocean Music Venue, Hackney. He is also the first UK Gospel artiste to sell out Indigo2 at the 02

Arena and Evtim Apollo London with 5,000 capacity. Muyiwa’s “Declaring His Love” Album topped the UK Jazz and Blues Album Chart for a 5-month period.
