Priest and Christian volunteers spotted giving Muslims food and water to break Ramadan fast (video)

Religion has no doubt caused many wars and friction in the world as people of different beliefs sometimes clash. However, in order to foster peace, some people have taken it upon themselves to do good to others.

On May 6, 2019, Muslims all over the world started observing compulsory Ramadan fast. This entails they abstain from food and drinks and more from dawn till dusk.

This period is to enable them practice self-discipline as they get closer to God by doing good deeds and more.

Well, a priest and some Christian volunteers were spotted distributing food and water to Muslims to break Ramadan fast.

According to ABC News, it happened at the intersection in West Bank and the grateful Muslims thanked them for it.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a church in Kaduna has distributed foodstuff to Muslims in the state.

The Christ Evangelical and Life Intervention Ministry in Kaduna state has commenced the distribution of foodstuff to some Muslims to enable them have enough food during the 30-day fasting.

The General Overseer of the church, Pastor Yohanna Buru, is known for such gestures in Kaduna state.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
