- According to reports, the yet-to-be identified man is a student at University of Uyo and uses the doughnut business to support his family and finance his education

- Many people are calling out to well-meaning Nigerians to assist the focused man

Life can be tough but the ability to press on is what makes a courageous human. The photo of a middle-aged man hawking doughnuts has gone viral and many people are singing praises about his dedication to making an honest living and making the best out of his situation.

A Twitter user identified as Phillip Obin shared the photo of the man selling his doughnuts while neatly dressed and revealed that he is a student of University of Uyo (UNIUYO) and uses the business to cater for his family as well as finance his education.

Many social media users who know him have sang his praises and stated that he is very neat, focused and always minds his business. Some have appealed to well-meaning Nigerians to support the man because there is dignity is labour.

Meanwhile, a while ago, the story of a street hawker who gave all his snacks to prisoners who were being transported, became viral on social media.

According to some people who witnessed the incident in Lagos, he was seen running around the prison van and shoving the sausage rolls meant for sale, into the hands of prisoners.

Identified as Ibere Ugochukwu, he has finally shared his story on how he became a street vendor and the reason for his kind gesture.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year.
