- Chelsea are exploring the possibility of sacking Maurizio Sarri as manager this summer

- The Italian has not been as impressive as he was in the opening months of the season

Premier League giants Chelsea have reportedly commenced plans to find a replacement for Maurizio Sarri.

Sarri remains under pressure at Stamford Bridge despite registering a string of improved results both in the domestic League and the Europa League in recent weeks.

As such, the club board is said to have identified a three-man shortlist that could potentially replace the Italian at the end of the season.

According to a UK Metro report, Watford manager, Javi Gracia is the latest addition to the list of candidates.

Blues' chiefs are said to have been hugely impressed by the job Gracia has done with the Hornets as the team is on course for a seventh-place finish and already in the final of the FA Cup.

The Spaniard's relatively calm demeanor is another trait that has reportedly seen the west London club get interested in the tactician.

With Sarri unfazed with the prospect of getting sacked and Watford's preparedness to let Gracia leave at a good compensation fee, the Stamford Bridge outfit could land him in the summer.

Meanwhile, Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo and former Chelsea captain who is now Derby County manager Frank Lampard are also in contention for the Chelsea job.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Maurizio Sarri who is the manager of Premier League side Chelsea reportedly told Belgian football star Eden Hazard that he is free to leave the club if he wants to.

Eden Hazard has for the past three seasons being linked with a move to the Spanish giants with Real Madrid said to be ready to sign him in the summer.
