There will be riot - Nigerian man tells what will happen if SARS officers dare shoot an unarmed northern youth
- A Nigerian man identified as Kelvin Odanz has reacted to the killing of 20-year-old lady by policemen in Ajegunle
- According to Odanz, if such happened in the north, there would be a riot and the police officers and their families will be hunted
- Odanz expressed regret over the failure of traditional leaders and state governments to do something over the killings
The shooting of a 20-year-old lady identified as Ada Ifeanyi and 32-year-old Emmanuel Akomafuwa by policemen in Ajegunle, Lagos, has generated a number reactions on social media.
Ifeanyi died from the shooting while Akomafuwa sustained injuries and is battling for his life.
Reacting to the sad incident, one Kelvin Odanz has said if a SARS officer shoots an unarmed northern youth for doing nothing, that town will riot until the residents are appeased.

In a series of tweet, Odanz said the solution to the SARS menace in the south lies solely on southerners.
He wondered what traditional leaders and state governments are doing over the killing of its people.
"If the traditional leaders and state governments are doing nothing, what are parents, pastors, Imams doing over the indiscriminate killings of their children and wards? he queried.
He added that if southerners do not act, SARS will continue to kill indiscriminately and hash tag will continue to trend.
Meanwhile, the police officers involved in the killing of Ifeanyi in Ajegunle, Lagos state, have been arrested. The Command also identified the killer policemen as: Inspector Adamu Usman, Sergeant Adeyeye Adeoye, Sergeant Kashim Tijani, Sergeant Lucky Akigbe, Sergeant Paul Adeoye, and Inspector Dania Ojo who is reportedly on the run.

The Command’s spokesman, DSP Bala Elkana, said, in a statement, that the incident happened at No. 4b, Amusa Lane off Ojo Road, Ajegunle.
According to him, if found wanting, the police officers will be prosecuted in conventional court for murder.
