Reality star Kim Kardashian studying to become a lawyer, to take bar exam in 2022

Fans and followers of reality star Kim Kardashian-West were recently thrown into a feat of excitement after their favorite shared pictures of her cover for the May issue of Vogue Magazine.

Sharing the news with the online community, the business mogul revealed that she has dreamed about the moment for so long, even when there were people that had tried to bring her down by saying it would never happen.

She went on to express her gratitude to the publishing house as well as noting that the achievement was an honor for her.

I’ve dreamed of this moment for so long, many said it would never come. Words cannot begin to express how much of an honor it is to have my first solo US cover of @VogueMagazine. She said.

Even more interesting about Kim’s latest achievement is a surprising revelation she made in the interview with the magazine, which came as a bombshell to many.

The reality star said she is studying to become a lawyer and she has been doing so without the knowledge of the public for the past year. More surprises come with the fact that the reality star does not have to be confined in the four walls of a law school, as she is currently taking a four-year apprenticeship at a law firm in San Francisco, which in California, is a legal way to become a lawyer and take bar exams without going to law school.

“I had to think long and hard about this” Kim revealed in her Vogue interview about her decision to pursue the new career path.

Kim further revealed that she was inspired to follow the path after she contributed in helping free a woman identified as Marie Johnson.

“The White House called me to advise to help change the system of clemency, and I’m sitting in the Roosevelt Room with, like, a judge who had sentenced criminals and a lot of really powerful people and I just sat there, like, Oh. I need to know more," she revealed to Vogue.

Speaking further, she said : "I would say what I had to say, about the human side and why this is so unfair. But I had attorneys with me who could back that up with all the facts of the case. It’s never one person who gets things done; it’s always a collective of people, and I’ve always known my role, but I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society. I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more.”

Congratulations to the reality star for being a go-getter.

Buhari’s Legacy Of Recessions By Fredrick Nwabufo

Fredrick Nwabufo ‘Why always Buhari?’ As it was in 1984 under General Buhari, so it is in 2016 and 2020 under President Buhari? Is it by the unfortunate hands of kismet that recession hits Nigeria every time Buhari takes charge of the country’s affairs? If the recession of the 80s under Buhari was a conspiracy by economic and political factors, to what do we attribute that of his first coming as a civilian President — and now in his second coming? Why does pestilence scourge the land, hunger ravage the population and lives lost malevolently when Buhari presides over the country? Why always Buhari? Buhari’s undoing is his wonted predilection for hierarchising ethnicity, religion and loyalty above competence. Since 1999, no President has obtrusively shown a more nepotistic aspect than Buhari. It is unarguable that the President arrays the most competence-challenged cabinet ever in the chronicle of governance in Nigeria. Yes, a recession cabinet. Fredrick Nwabufo Here is a cabin...
