- Liverpool, after their 2-0 win over Porto stand the highest chance to progress to the next round of the championship

- While Ajax, Man United and FC Porto have the least chance to qualify owing to their results after the first leg

With the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal matches done and dusted, Liverpool have the best chance to progress to the semifinal stage at the end of the round.

The Reds are the only team with a convincing win over in the first leg following their 2-0 win over FC Porto in Portugal earlier this week.

Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino both scored a goal each in the fixture to hand the Premier League giants a two-goal advantage for Jurgen Klopp's men.

The victory maybe convincing but not comfortable considering the round of 16 clash between Man United and PSG.

Spanish League giants Barcelona have the next best chance to reach the last four stage after beating Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

Luke Shaw's own goal in the 12th minute ensured the Catalans emerged victorious after regulation period on the night.

United will now be hoping they can count on their dramatic comeback against PSG when they visit Camp Nou next week.

Despite Manchester City suffering 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, they have the third best odds to upturn the result of their first leg clash in the second leg.

Italian League champions Juventus have a 9 percent chance to reach the next stage of the championship despite being held to 1-1 draw in Holland.

Cristiano Ronaldo's powerful header gave the visitors the lead but David Neres stunner early in the second half restored parity for the Dutch side.

Tottenham Hotspur, despite their slim win over Man City still stand a very low percentage (8%) to progress.

Ajax (5%), Manchester United (1%) and FC Porto (1%) are the three last teams on the chart with the lowest chances of qualifying for the semifinals this campaign.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Luke Shaw's own goal handed Barcelona 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The England left back deflected Luis Suarez's header into his side's net just after 12 minutes of action after Lionel Messi directs a cross into the Red Devils' danger zone.

Both sides file out for the second leg of the meeting at Camp Nou next week as they hope to reach the last four stage of the competition.
