The social media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, Lauretta Onochie, has called the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) a useless party.

Onochie made the comment in reaction to a statement made by the national chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, that the president’s recent trip to the UK is a ‘voyage unknown’, Vanguard reports.

Legit.ng gathers that the PDP national chairman had condemned the president’s trip, noting that he (Buhari), did not notify the National Assembly or hand over power to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

According to Secondus, Buhari neglected his primary responsibility, which is to secure life and properties of citizens.

He said: “Eight local government areas of Katsina state, which is Buhari’s home state, have been overtaken by bandits. Insecurity has risen to a level where people question if there is still government in Nigeria.”

Taking to her Twitter handle subsequently, Onochie described the opposition party as a useless party.

She further made reference to rumours that the president was cloned; stating that a cloned individual might need a regular dose of Clonemaquine 1000mg to sustain the cloning.

As she tweeted:

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Lauretta Onochie dismissed allegations that she diverted funds given to her by the Delta state chapter of the Buhari Support Organisation (BSO) for campaign purposes.

Onochie described the news on the alleged diversion as a fake story being spread by persons she tagged as cowards. She stated that she would head to court over the issue.

She noted that after the general elections, she gave full account of how the funds were spent, in keeping with the BSO guidelines.
