Manchester City on the other hand will be hoping to reach the last four stage for the first time since the 2015-16 season, when they got ousted by Real Madrid after two legs.

Although, the Citizens suffered 1-0 defeat in the first leg, they remain favourites to go through to the semifinals according to bookmakers.

Pep Guardiola's men also produced an impressive display at the Selhusrt Park - beating Crystal Palace 3-1 after regulation period with few matches to the end of the season.

As they continue to mount pressure on Liverpool for the Premier League title at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, both City and Spurs will be meeting on the European stage for the second time after the first leg that ended 1-0 in favour of the Lilywhites.
