Killings: You were tigers during GEJ’s presidency but under Buhari, you’re like lambs - Shehu Sani lambastes northern political, religious leaders
The lawmaker representing Kaduna Central in the Senate, Shehu Sani, has lambasted political and religious leaders from the North over the killings taking place in the region.
In a tweet posted on his official Twitter handle, @ShehuSani, on Saturday, April 13, the senator chided the political and religious leaders for acting like tigers and putting pressure on the Goodluck Jonathan government when such killings occurred during the former president’s tenure.

Legit.ng notes that the lawmaker, berated the northern political and religious leaders for, however, acting as ‘fierce as lambs’ under the current Muhammadu Buhari administration.

Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that Senator Shehu Sani alleged that Katsina state was becoming a failing state, following attacks by kidnappers and bandits.
The senator said attacks by bandits and kidnappers had forced people of Zamfara state to flee to Katsina.
The lawmaker said the people of Katsina state had come under attacks by kidnappers and bandits and were seeking refuge in Niger Republic to escape the suspected criminals; pointing out that it was a sign that Nigeria was becoming a failing state that was being overwhelmed.
