Disabled maths teacher defies condition, climbs 3-storey building daily to teach JS1- SS3 students (photo)
In what could be described as a classic example of rising above one’s challenges, a disabled man has come out to share his story with members of the online community.
The young man identified as Micheal Thompson shared his inspiring story on micro blogging platform Twitter.
According to him, he was posted to serve in a school for his National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) and the he had been initially rejected by the owner of the school, who simply wondered how he could make the trip to the top of the building on a daily basis.
Johnson went on to share that he proved the man wrong and showed him that he was not defined by his condition. He accompanied his tweet with photos in which he was spotted with his clutches while he lectured his students.
