Chelsea superstar admits he is out of the season after injury against Burnley

- Callum Hudson-Odoi of Chelsea has confirmed that he is out of the season

- The Englishman sustained an injury against Burnley on Monday night, April 23

- Sarri's men are currently occupying fourth position on the EPL log with three games to go

Chelsea superstar Callum Hudson-Odoi has confirmed that he is out of the season for the Blues after suffering an injury in the Premier League tie against Burnley on Monday night, April 22.

The 18-year-old English professional football star sustained a ruptured Achilles and limped out of the tie against Burnley which ended 2-2 at Stamford Bridge.

Callum Odoi had just started to establish himself in the Chelsea first-team after being made to wait for his chance by Maurizio Sarri this season.

And with three games left for Chelsea to play this season in the Premier League, the Blues are currently occupying fourth position and would hope to finish among the top four.

Odoi will also miss Chelsea's Europa League semi-final games against German side Eintracht Frankfurt.

Chelsea will now be anxiously waiting to discover the extent of the injury sustained by Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Meanwhile, Callum Hudson-Odoi has played 10 Premier League games this season for Chelsea scoring no goal and creating one assist.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Chelsea vs Burnley ended in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge as the Blues stay in top four on the Premier League table.

Maurizio Sarri's men started the strongest with Gonzalo Higuain's chip cleared off the line by a defender in the sixth minute, but the Sean Dyche's men got their noses in front from their first real attack in the game via a corner kick.
