Bobrisky shares photo of his grandmother for Mother's Day celebration, says she means everything to him (photo)

Thousands of social media users all over the world took to their respective pages on Sunday, March 31, in commemoration of the Mother’s Day celebration.

The special day is a yearly occasion set aside to recognize and celebrate mothers in every family, motherhood, maternal bonds and the influence of mothers in the society.

Legit.ng had gathered reports about some Nigerian celebrities who had taken to their pages to celebrate their mothers as well as celebrate themselves for being good mums to their children. Tonto Dikeh, Funke Akindele, Linda Ikeji and a host of others were among those that celebrated online.

Among those that also joined in the special occasion is popular Nigerian cross-dresser Bobrisky.

The controversial personality took out time to celebrate his grand-mother on his Instagram page. He shared a lovely photo of the old woman while describing her as his everything.

He said: "Happy mother day to my grand-mother ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. She is my mum mother. My everything God bless you for Mami "

Nigerian Academy Of Science Inducts First Female President

The Nigerian Academy of Science has inducted a professor of Parasitology/Epidemiology, Ekanem Ikpi Braide, as its 19th President on Thursday.
