Auto dealer exposes cab driver who made away with N36k he over paid him

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to cry out for help after he mistakenly overpaid a cab driver who refused to return the excess money.

Sometimes, doing good doesn't always pan out as many would expect. This is clearly the case of a Nigherian auto dealer identified as Asiwaju, whose single act of kindness made him to loose N36k to a cab driver on the popular car trip network, Taxify.

According to his story, he had used the services of the man identified as Deyemi and the fare amounted to N2,500. Out of the generosity of his heart, he decided he was going to add an extra N1,500 as a tip, which amounted to N4,000.

However, he mistakenly sent the sum of N40,000 while transferring the money to the driver, thereby overpaying him by N36,000. Asiwaju revealed that all efforts to get the man to send back the money proved futile, thereby informing his decision to expose the driver on social media.
