Again, Nigeria shines on global stage as 19-year-old graduates with First Class degree from prominent foreign university

A 19-year-old Nigerian, Emmanuela Biye Ikwen, has graduated with a First Class degree in Geology from Rhodes University, South Africa, making academic history.

According to report, the teenager hails from Okorshie village, Obudu local government area, Cross River state.

Legit.ng gathers that the young lady started her early education in Nigeria before relocating to South Africa with her family.

Before gaining admission to Rhodes University where she graduated from with flying colors, Ikwen had attended one of the prestigious post-primary schools in South Africa.

The proud graduate dedicated her success to vision, determination, discipline instilled by her mother and above all, the grace of God.

She is reportedly looking forward to a successful working career in any of the world’s topmost oil and gas companies.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian lady identified as Stella Chinelo Emelife became the best masters’ degree graduating student from the University of Mysore in India.

The young lady, who had a final grade point of 9.263%, received 20 gold medals and five cash prices from the Indian university.
