Former aviation minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has endorsed the aspiration of Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila to be the next Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Fani-Kayode, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, described Gbajabiamila as “a profoundly good man.”
He stated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmaker representing Surulere federal constituency 1 in Lagos, “will make a great Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.”
Fani-Kayode wrote on Twitter: “I have known Femi Gbajabiamila for 40 years and I can assure you that he will make a great Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
“We may disagree politically but I must confess that he is a profoundly good man representing a great constituency. I wish him well.”
