In what looked like a double blow for manager Massimiliano Allegri, Dybala also joined Ronaldo on the sidelines, after dropping out of the warm-ups.

However, teenage sensation Moise Kean stepped up in their absence to score the winner which powered Juventus to 78 points, 18 points clear off their closest rival Napoli.

The Portuguese talisman injured his right muscle and limped off in a Euro 2020 qualifier against Serbia.
