Real Madrid set to launch £300m bid for PSG superstar Neymar this summer

- PSG star Neymar could be on his way to Real Madrid at the end of this season

- The forward has been heavily linked with a move to join the Galacticos since he left Barcelona in 2017

- Los Blancos are now prepared to offer him another world record around £300m to return to the Spanish League this campaign

Real Madrid are reportedly planning to launch a new bid worth £300 million for Paris Saint Germain star Neymar.

The Brazil international joined the Parisians in a world record fee of about £199 million from Barcelona in the summer of 2017.

However, his reign at the Parc Des Princes has been plagued with series of injuries, as he has been unable to deliver the club from crashing out of the Champions League at the round of 16 stage.

He was at the stands when Manchester United dumped his French League side out of the tourney despite holding two goals advantage from the first leg.

Meanwhile, Los Blancos president Florentino Perez has decided to step up his bid for the former Barca star to try and lure him to the Bernabeu.

The club made a couple of signings last summer but are still struggling to adapt, while they have lost all chance to win at least a title this term.

Barcelona dumped them out of the Copa Del Rey earlier this month having suffered 3-0 in front of their home fans.

And few days later, Dutch League side, Ajax compounded their woes by handing them 4-1 defeat at the same venue.

As they curently sit third on La Liga table with 12 points behind Barca after 26 round of matches this campaign.

Daily Mail quoting SPORT claims that Madrid will not mind to sign Neymar in another world transfer fee of £300 million this summer.

They are also willing to pay him £40m over five seasons - eclipsing the wages of the highest earner in world football Lionel Messi.

Madrid fans are waiting earnestly for the club to make big signing since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined Juventus in a £100m deal last August.

Reports from the Spanish club reveals Perez is confident of landing Neymar despite PSG's reluctance to let their star man leave the club.

They are also planning to go after Chelsea winger Eden Hazard, who has refused to sign a new deal at the club.

Meanwhile, PSG still have to battle the Financial Fair Play (FFP) concerns - hence the reason they might not reject the deal once it is presented.

Madrid have however accepted that a deal to sign Kylian Mbappe is unrealistic at this stage and are not expected to make a bid for him this summer.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Paris-Saint-Germain star Neymar is ready to complete a move to Spanish side Real Madrid.

Since the Brazilian star moved to France last year from Barcelona, he has been a target for Real Madrid who want to bring him back to the La Liga.

According to the report by Spanish media outlet Don Balon, Neymar wants to move to Real Madrid for him to play alongside Portugal international Ronaldo.
