A Nigerian pastor, Ogidigbo, has condemned the act of not giving beggars money because of President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory, saying that is contrary to Christianity.
The pastor admonised his members to be like God "who causes his rain and sun to shine on the good and the evil".

He said nobody should discriminate against anybody because they belong to whether the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) or All Progressives Congress (APC).
The pastor said believers who deny beggars money because of political differences are destroying their Christian foundation ignorantly.
He also added that the trend should rather prompt believers more to give beggars money irrespective of what Buhari had done.
It should be noted that President Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) floored Atiku by polling 15,191,847 while Atiku scored 11,262,978 votes.

Recall that Legit.ng earlier reported that a particular supporter of Atiku Abubakar refused to give a beggar money because he believed he voted for Buhari in the just presidential election.
The Atiku supporter went on his Twitter page on Friday, March 1, to share the video of himself where he told the beggar he would not be giving him money and the reason for doing so.
