Nigerian comedian Okey Bakassi denies involvement with Illuminati after displaying the symbol (photo)

- Nigerian actor and comedian, Okey Bakassi, recently took to social media to celebrate his birthday

- The celeb shared a photo on his Instagram page where he showcased a sign that many have termed to be a symbol of the Illuminati

- Some of Okey’s fans were not too happy about the sign and he decided to clear the air

It has become a tradition for Nigerian celebs to celebrate their birthdays by posting new photos on social media to the joy of their fans.

It is also common for celebs to always think of new ways to get their fans talking even if it is for questionable reasons.

Nigerian actor and comedian, Okey Bakassi, recently added a year to his age and he took to his Instagram page to share new photos. In one of the photos, the star did a hand sign which many have termed to be a symbol of the Illuminati, a cult said to have powerful members all over the world.

Some of his fans were not too impressed with their icon displaying such a symbol and Okey Bakassi made sure to clear the air.

He denied any involvement with the Illuminati as he explained that the sign means ‘Ok’ to him.

Okey Bakassi wrote: “I see you...It's Ok with you, my wonderful friends, family and fans.

Meanwhile the comedian also recently made the news after he shared his opinion on the type of women jealous men should get married to.

Speaking on women and men having equal rights, he stated that men who want a woman who will serve and worship them should not marry educated women and stick to illiterates whom will welcome the idea of service in marriage.

He added that men who are very jealous should not bother marrying beautiful women. He said: "If you are insecure and too jealous, don’t marry a beautiful woman."

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year.
