Mysterious story of how series of tests kept showing negative till pregnant woman gave birth to twins

A Nigerian medical doctor has taken to his Twitter page to narrate a very strange incident which has left him shocked and shaken. According to him, his cousin conceived recently. However, when she went to the hospital to do a pregnancy test, the test result revealed that she was not pregnant!

This was very surprising to the cousin as she felt very pregnant not to talk of how her abdomen and entire stomach were swelling prominently. Not knowing what to do, she kept going for scans but the test results kept indicating she had not taken in.

Coming from 14 consultants, the doctor identified as @maxvayshia on Twitter told his cousin to believe that she might be having abdominal tumour. However, the lady kept having all the symptoms of a normal pregnancy.

After being tossed about three states and getting ultimately confused and disoriented, the cousin put to bed. By the hands of a midwife, she gave birth to two non-identical females. This very scientific mystery has caused the doctor in question to wonder aloud.
