Funke Akindele's cuddles her twins in celebration of Mother's Day, hubby showers her with praises (video)

Mother's Day is proving a good time for some Nigerian celebrity couples to show love to themselves in the best way possible. Quite a number of these celebrities are serving Nigerians with family goals this season. Funke Akindele and her hubby have taken to celebrating Mother's Day in their own way and fans are just loving it.

The husband of the Nollywood actress JJC Skillz took to his Instagram page to shower his wifey with praises on this auspicious occasion. With words as deep as the ocean, JJC conveyed his evergreen love for his sweetheart.

He spoke of how his love for her had come to the rescue and made him a better person. According to him, his once empty paper was filled up with her words, and for this, he was grateful.

Even more, JJC took to sharing a lovely video that depicted the sweet and beautiful moments he had shared with Funke over the course of their marriage. He is indeed enamoured by her and Mother's Day has given him the opportunity to express his in-depth feelings.

Just as JJC took the opportunity of Mother's Day to shower Funke with praises, the actress also poured out love directly on the beautiful twin children which she recently birthed. This she did by carrying both of them, one of them on her back, the other on her arms.

This affectionate show of love was made even more heartfelt by a lullaby which Funke sang for her kids. In that one moment of carrying her kids and singing for them, the screen diva represented the perfect embodiment of a mother.
