New telegraph reports that the party factional chairman, Fouad Oki, said apart from President Buhari, who is the party presidential candidate, they were free to vote for candidates of their choice.

''We are organising this campaign as an independent group that is complimenting the other initiatives of the Presidential Campaign Group which is moving across the states.”
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that the second term bid of President Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo was backed by Nigerian students under the aegis of the Buhari National Students Group (BNSG).
The group gave the endorsement via its national coordinator, Comrade Anyebe Dominic, in Abuja, on Tuesday, August 14.
