Singer Teni gets emotional on stage as she performs hit single Uyo Meyo (video)

Performing on stage can sometimes get emotional for a lot of musical talents. Often times, the reason is simply because seeing so many people listen and sing along with you about your struggles and wins, steers hope and fulfillment in you.

Popular Nigerian female singer, Teni The Entertainer, also known by some as, Makanaki, was recently spotted shedding tears as she performed one of her greatest hits of 2018, Uyo Meyo.

The singer who was performing at her industry night event could not hold her self from crying as she thrilled the audience with the revealing lyrics of the song that embodied her life’s struggles and successes.

Teni took a brief pause as she gathered herself together and gave the reasons for her tears. She revealed that they were of joy and not of sadness.

The singer added that she had celebrated with other people without being envious of their victories because she was well aware that her time was underway.

She afterwards picked up the pace of her performance, rendering the sensational song in her sweet and melodious voice.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
