Singer 2baba says he is not asking for forgiveness from anyone as he retracts apology

Social media was set abuzz with the news of popular Nigerian singer, 2baba and his wife, Annie Idibia, on Monday, February 11, 2019.

The online community had been ruffled up following a series of tweets that surfaced on the individual social media pages of the celebrity couple.

2baba, had taken to his Twitter page to berate himself and publicly declare that he had failed in his role as a father and role model to his wife. He concluded the series of tweets by praying his partner to forgive him as he knows she had tried her best.

Many fans had instantly taken under the post with many speculating that the singer may have impregnated another lady hence his public apology.

To further fuel the speculations of a rancor between the two, Annie, had also taken to her Instagram story with a post in which she had lamented her inability to get any sleep due to some unfortunate circumstances.

She revealed through a second post that it was a terrible thing to have a situation of wasted time as opposed to wasted money.

However, in a following development, the Amaka crooner took to his timeline to retract the apology he had previously issued on social media. He apologized for disappointing people that may have had the idea that he was asking for forgiveness.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year.
