M.I reveals he is very private, says he never wanted to be the most popular person

Being in the limelight is one of the perks that come with enjoying a celebrity status. While many entertainers are comfortable with being the subject of attention, others are left with the choice of coping through it all.

Nigerian rap act, MI Abaga, recently made a new revelation about himself in an interview with Peoples TV’s entertainment programme e360. The celebrated rap star disclosed that he never wanted to be the most popular person in the world but only wanted to be able to sufficiently provide for his family.

He continued by adding that as an artist, once you start to grow older, you must take the initiative to prioritize the things that are most important in life.

Abaga said that although the pressure to live a luxurious life has always been on him, he had never been depressed. He stressed that it was okay if a person could not afford the extravagant things in life as happiness should come first before every other secondary things.

Buhari’s Legacy Of Recessions By Fredrick Nwabufo

Fredrick Nwabufo ‘Why always Buhari?’ As it was in 1984 under General Buhari, so it is in 2016 and 2020 under President Buhari? Is it by the unfortunate hands of kismet that recession hits Nigeria every time Buhari takes charge of the country’s affairs? If the recession of the 80s under Buhari was a conspiracy by economic and political factors, to what do we attribute that of his first coming as a civilian President — and now in his second coming? Why does pestilence scourge the land, hunger ravage the population and lives lost malevolently when Buhari presides over the country? Why always Buhari? Buhari’s undoing is his wonted predilection for hierarchising ethnicity, religion and loyalty above competence. Since 1999, no President has obtrusively shown a more nepotistic aspect than Buhari. It is unarguable that the President arrays the most competence-challenged cabinet ever in the chronicle of governance in Nigeria. Yes, a recession cabinet. Fredrick Nwabufo Here is a cabin...
