Man United legend tells the club not to appoint Solskjaer as permanent manager for 1 reason

- Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's future at Manchester United should be decided at the end of March or early April according to Manchester United legend Gary Neville

- Neville said the club should not rush in hiring Solskjaer as permanent boss

- Solskjaer has been impressive since he replaced Jose Mourinho and lost his first game against PSG on Tuesday night, February 12

Manchester United have been told by the club's legend Gary Neville to wait until the end of March 2019 before making a decision on who gets permanent coaching job at Old Trafford.

There have been reports that the United board are considering hiring Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on full time basis following his impressive games since he replaced Jose Mourinho.

Solskjaer has been in charge of 11 games as Manchester United interim manager without a defeat until Tuesday night, February 12, when the club lost at home in Champions League against PSG.

Gary Neville has now warned Manchester United that they should not feel relaxed now about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but wait till the end of March or early April to know their fate.

He added that the atmosphere will change during these two months because of the number of games Manchester United will play.

“I think it’s too early to give him the job now.

“I think coming out of March is the right time to appraise it, then look at April with six weeks to go, make a decision considered over a three or four-month period, how the club are feeling, how the players are feeling, and what the results are.

“That’s not because they have seven or eight tough games, I just think it’s sensible to reflect over a three or four-month period, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is putting himself in with a major shout of getting the job.

“If Manchester United continue in this way until the end of the season and get into the top four then the risk with not giving Solskjaer the job would be huge,'' Neville said according to Sun UK,

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Premier League giants Manchester United appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjær as their new manager until the end of the ongoing 2018/19 Premier League season.

The 45-year-old Norwegian football manager replaces former manager Jose Mourinho who was thrown out of the club because of poor results.

He was joined by Mike Phelan as first-team coach, together with Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna this season at Old Trafford.

Buhari’s Legacy Of Recessions By Fredrick Nwabufo

Fredrick Nwabufo ‘Why always Buhari?’ As it was in 1984 under General Buhari, so it is in 2016 and 2020 under President Buhari? Is it by the unfortunate hands of kismet that recession hits Nigeria every time Buhari takes charge of the country’s affairs? If the recession of the 80s under Buhari was a conspiracy by economic and political factors, to what do we attribute that of his first coming as a civilian President — and now in his second coming? Why does pestilence scourge the land, hunger ravage the population and lives lost malevolently when Buhari presides over the country? Why always Buhari? Buhari’s undoing is his wonted predilection for hierarchising ethnicity, religion and loyalty above competence. Since 1999, no President has obtrusively shown a more nepotistic aspect than Buhari. It is unarguable that the President arrays the most competence-challenged cabinet ever in the chronicle of governance in Nigeria. Yes, a recession cabinet. Fredrick Nwabufo Here is a cabin...
