Eden Hazard has been a long term target for Spanish giants Real Madrid, and the club are reportedly ready to come for his signature at the end of the ongoing season in Europe.

Fans are now convinced that Eden Hazard would be leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the season considering his latest comment.

''I know what I am going to do, I have made a decision,'' Eden Hazard recently told RMC.
