Popular Nigerian activist and convener bring back our girls movement, Aisha Yesufu, has apologised for her tweet about a woman who lost a set of triplets due to lack of incubators at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in Kano.
Yesufu had taken taken to social media to share a story of how a woman lost a set of triplets at the Kano hopsital. She said the incident happened on Sunday, December 30.
According to Yesufu, the woman was seven months pregnant when she went into labour. The doctor had opted for a Caesarian Session (CS) but as they were getting the theatre ready, the woman birthed her babies. She added that the woman watched her baby girls die because there were no incubators available to keep them alive.
