Reigning European League champions Real Madrid have reportedly named Manchester City star Bernardo Silva as one of their main targets at the end of the season.

Real Madrid have been struggling in all competition since the departure of Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo, and Los Blancos want to bolster their squad this summer.

Bernardo Silva has developed into one of Pep Guardiola’s go-to creative players at Manchester City since his £43.5 million move from Monaco 18 months ago.

And according to the report on UK Mirror, Manchester City are aware of Real Madrid's interest to sign Bernardo Silva, and they are ready to make the Portuguese star commit his future to the Etihad club.

Real Madrid see Bernardo Silva as a great potential that will succeed at the Bernabeu if he joins them and they are ready to spend big so as to lure him to Spain.

With Luka Modric's future under serious uncertainty, Real Madrid want a long term successor for the Croatia international and they believe Silva will be a perfect option for them.
