According to the document marked EC 60 D, the Presidential and National Assembly polls will commence at 8.am on February 16, 2019, while the governorship and State Assembly election will hold on March 2, 2019.

The notice stated that each voter shall vote at the centre where he or she registered, adding that only persons whose names appeared on the voters register and have valid voter’s card were eligible to vote in the election.

The notice was signed by the administrative secretary on behalf of the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Emeka Ononamadu.
