As much as players do a lot to become professionals in the game, coaches also undergo education at different levels to develop these footballers.

Coaching is also a big deal when it comes to handling players at different class till they become finished products.

The English FA have a program that help develop individuals in the coaching field - where the courses cover the different ways players learn and develop from coaches.

The Premier League is adjudged to the best league in the world and the FA have proposed that all aspiring coaches should learn about their Long-Term Player Development program.

The aspiring team handlers will also know the four corners of a player’s development - technical, physical, social and psychological.

The coaching program are administered by different counties. The FA level 1 and 2 are apparently for people from under the ages of 16, meaning there is no experience required.

After the first two levels, the person is required to work or volunteer for a club to gain valuable experience which will enable him to progress up the coaching ladder further.

The level 3 is the UEFA grade B where coaches will be attached to an U-14 team who played the 11 vs 11 format.

Level 4 is the UEFA grade A while the UEFA Pro and at this point an individual is certified to handle any youth side across Europe.

However due the high cost of coaching programs in England, counties subsidize fro individuals who are willing to move up the ladder where courses cost up to £4000.

NLNG Signs Letter Of Intent On Delayed Gas Expansion Project

The Nigerian Natural Liquefied Gas LTD has signed a letter of intent for the engineering, procurement and construction of its long held up Train Seven project. In a statement released by the company on Wednesday, it said that the $10bn project will be executed by a consortium of Italian firm Saipem, Japan’s Chiyoda and South Korea’s Daewoo. The statement reads, “The project will form part of the investment of over $10bn including the upstream scope of the LNG value chain, thereby boosting the much needed Foreign Direct Investment profile of Nigeria.” Managing Director of NLNG, Tony Atta, said in 2018 that the Final Investment Decision would be made in the fourth quarter of that year. This did not however, materialize. According to the release, the project will have a four to five-year execution time after the signing of the FID.
